It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport so very convenient. If one chooses to use the monorail the hotel is also within walking distance from the nearest stop. It's very clean and well decorated in a colorful nautical motif. Although the breakfast served was the same every morning, there were a variety of healthy and tasty choices. Coffee, a tea and lemon water are available all day at no cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

When I sleep, I use more than one pillow. I didn't ask for an extra one and used the one provided. Sadly, it wasn't very comfortable for me. Other than that, no other issues.

Close to the port and easy access to ferry and train station. Close to other attractions. Nicest Comfort Inn (very cute) I have stayed at. Breakfast was abundant.

Room was directly across from Ice Machine. Stay here but make it clear you don't want room across from Ice machine or laundry. it is really loud and people use them all night long. it is a long way from areas of Naha that are not near ferry. If you are seeing more of Naha than just the water and islands, this might not be right location for you.

The breakfast was great and the staff were excellent, very professional and helpful.

The bathroom was a little dirty, mold is forming around bathtub caulking. Shower and tub area need to be updated. Toilet needs to be upgraded, the seat doesn’t fit correctly and slides off bowl.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay, especially if you are looking for accommodation close to the harbour. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast sufficient and good, the room spacious.

Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened. There is air conditioning for cooling, but we would have preferred fresh air.

The location is very close to the Tomari port. Breakfast menu is not much available but the curry was really nice. And there are free rental bikes - only two though! My favorite was the daily room service and towels change.

The room is quite small and we felt like so compacted due to the structure.

The hotel is a little short of parking spaces, we couldn't park on our first day but we could park in the roadside car park.

Great location. Easy to reach the Naha Bus Terminal and Naha Port Terminal. As well as walking distance from Kokusai Dori Shopping Street.

The rooms can be a bit small. But I feel this is the case everywhere in Japan

The hotel is located near Maebashi station and near Tomari Port, that is super convenient for taking a ferry or for reaching destinations by monorail. Staff is friendly and attentive, greeting guests by breakfast time or when passing by their reception.

The rooms are not so practical for long-stay. The ventilation system is not the best and there were insects in my room. I asked to open my window for fresh air and the staff agreed and let me have my window open. Since the last floor is really high, I can understand why a hotel would not have open windows without protection.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn Naha Tomari Port. The lobby and dining area are stylish, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with a firm mattress. The laundry room had two washers and dryers, laundry nets, and a soap vending machine. Each morning I was greeted by friendly staff welcoming me into the dining room for breakfast, which was all fresh and tasty. There's a MaxValu grocery nearby that's open 24-7, as well as a FamilyMart and 7-11. There are also a couple of nice bicycles you can use, but I had my own. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay in Naha that's close enough to a number of attractions like Fukushūen Garden, which I strongly suggest!

Being vegan, I stuck to the steamed rice, fruit, salad, and beverages. I would have liked to have some sort of tofu or Nattō option, but it wasn't a problem.

The room is a little small for four people, but the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Even if you ask for a cleaning-free day, the hotel will provide fresh supplies. Coin-operated washers and dryers are convenient. Complimentary drinks are available until late at night. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is ¥1000 a day with unlimited access. Special thanks to the service/reception staff who were all very friendly and willing to help. Had a great stay and would like to come back next time.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, not guaranteed. There is no guarantee of a spot, but you can pay to park on the side (1000RMB per visit); my car was not available until the next day. Understandably in this busy area, parking is limited. But I still expect a guaranteed parking space when staying here.

With good enough breakfast in Western with Japanese style. Refresh for daily activities of the day.

The pillow is too thin and better to improve.Extra bonus if there are spa or onsen.

The location is pretty central. The lobby is really cool. They play traditional Okinawan music during breakfast, which was really good! Hotel staff were awesome -- I just really enjoyed my stay. And it's a short walk from. Fukushūen Garden, which I really suggest visiting!

Bigger room then other hotels and omes with a decent toilet and bathroom with tub ,Decent bft ,crowded as the restaurant is not big ,Is not the most convenient spot , it has its own parking facility, Very quiet at night ,

Air conditioner must be keep in hygiene for operation,,

Staff is nice and kind, the location is great! Everything is in working distance. 5 mins to the tram and Tomari ferry wharf. 10-15 mins to kokusai. The room is actually bigger than I expected and a working desk which is perfect for me!

The only thing I wish will be the breakfast. Will be great if every 2 days or so the food served is different we stayed for 5 days and a bit over it after the same food for 5 days hehe. But other than this everything is perfect!
